For correct functionality you need to have installed and activated JaW Shortcode plugin (it’s included in zip downloaded from themeforest.net.)

Shortcodes are designed for creating macros to be used in a post’s content. If you put shortcode into content, so on that place will be shown appropriate content.

If you want to insert somewhere e.g. Login Form so you can put there [jaw_login] and on frontend you’ll see login form.
